Compensation: $45,000 - 48,000 annual salary

Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and FUN Social Media Manager to manage multiple clients across industries on all major platforms. You should know how each social channel works, how to create content that actually performs, and how to turn strategy into engagement.
This role blends creativity, strategy, and real-time hustle - you’ll be planning content calendars one day and live-posting from an event the next. There is an opportunity to grow into a Senior Social Media Manager role or specialize further in paid media strategy.
Responsibilities
Build and execute social media strategy through research, audience insights, and trend tracking
Act as day-to-day contact for client communications, ensuring alignment between client goals and social strategy
Generate engaging content: posts, stories, reels, videos, and more
Own paid and organic strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X—including campaign builds, testing, and ongoing optimization within each platform
Monitor + engage with followers, staying on top of comments and conversations
Oversee Google Business listings for clients—ensuring information is accurate, engaging with reviews, and optimizing listings to support overall marketing goals
Analyze performance data to uncover insights, create clear reports, and pivot strategies to optimize campaigns based on results
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or copywriting
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google My Business, and X
Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment
Up-to-date on social trends, platform changes, and digital best practices
Excellent communication skills + knack for writing in multiple brand voices
Proficiency in short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar)
Knowledge of project management software (Monday.com, Salesforce, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, PR, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
